During 2009/10 season Olympia Volley Massa sports club, in male volleyball championship A2 league, I had the pleasure to work with Chiara Pardini on a "mental training" project with the whole team.
Her job has proved to be crucial in several occasions. Despite going through very difficult times, our team found in Chiara’s method an important, practical and effective resource to be used to be able to manage mental and emotional states for the best results.

I met Chiara thanks to my doctor, in a moment I couldn’t sleep at night and I was very anxious during daytime ….  I felt really bad!
