The TimeLight® Method s a system specifically designed to lead people to achieve their goals, whether it's personal, professional, or pertaining to sports. The basic presupposition is that, when someone becomes aware of the dynamics in which they operate, they start to create a natural, personal freeing process; that's why we focus on creating consciousness first.
One of the first results you will be able to appreciate straight away is developing great flexibility, which will enable you to see reality from different points of view. The person develops the ability to use their internal “wide-angle lens and zoom”, a metaphor taken from photography, that allows a big picture overview of personal circumstances, while having a very detailed vision at the same time.

This method has proven to be able to bring people to achieve their goals, through a process of personal growth, which gives the mental “fundamentals”, using a sports term: it basically teaches the Abc’s of the mind and gives people the basic tools to manage it and use it as its best.
The process follows four basic steps:
1) defining the goal
2) studying and planning the route to reach it and estimate a required time
3) activating useful resources for goal achievement
4) liberation from internal resistances and clearing obstacles standing in the way
Once the goal is set and clearly stated, free from resistance, and strong with the resources needed the road to success becomes an easy journey.
The basic belief is that human beings are really predisposed to live in a state of wellbeing.
